Our Co-Founder and Creator of the Physique 57 method, Tanya is an ACE Personal Trainer and one of the very first barre instructors. Tanya gives a challenging workout while keeping it light and fun. She believes every workout is an opportunity to harness your unlimited potential!
Our Facebook Community Manager, Shannon is a NASM Personal Trainer and holds a BFA in Dance. Shannon brings good old Midwestern positivity to the barre yet gives you a challenging workout where you will find yourself quivering at your edge.
Our Senior Vice President of Method & Experience is Pilates, Perinatal, and AFAA Group Fitness certified, with a BFA in Dance Performance & Choreography. Alicia brings the expertise and tough love training to push you beyond your limits and get you rapid results.
Our Social Media Manager, Morgan also puts her BFA in Dance to the test as Creative Choreography Coordinator. Y’all better watch out, as this Texas native has a calm delivery with a bite, certain to get you blazing up in all the right places.
It's always a party when Kameica, renowned Jamaican born choreographer and former professional dancer of over 20 years, takes to the barre. Her powerhouse energy, fire playlists, and inspiring motivation will get you through any challenge.
A NASM certified trainer with Corrective Exercise specializations means Will is prepped to help you tackle and tailor the barre to you. With weekly themes and a plethora of puns, you might not even notice how hard you’re working till it’s too late.
Always eager to share her love for movement, Torrey’s athletic classes are certain to keep you on your toes. A member of our training team with a BFA in Dance, get ready for challenging sequences that will leave you with a bounce in your step.
